Outlaw Genealogy
My great great grandmother Letitia Campbell Sloss was the granddaughter of Col. Alexander Outlaw, her mother being Elizbeth Outlaw Campbell. Col Outlaw came from Duplin County, fought in the Revolution atboth the Battles of Moore's Creek, and King's Mountain. He participated in the founding of the State of Franklin and then Tennessee.
Alexander was the great grandson of Edward Outlaw I, who migrated to Chowan county, Virginia with his older brother John in 1665.
